Ashaloo
With an entrepreneurial spirit and love for accessories, designer Asha Maddali began selling jewelry at a pop up market in college. Using her knack for DIY she began experimenting with vintage chains and findings sourced from thrifting & estate sales and Ashaloo was born. After graduation, she moved to New York where she learned the ropes apprenticing for jewelers she met on the street in soho & for an independent boutique followed by a stint doing corporate jewelry design. All the while spending every spare minute working to realize her dream of creating her own collection. Inspired by ethnic and tribal pieces, her line echos a part bohemian, part rock & roll sensibility. In her free time you can find Asha catching some live music or sitting on a park bench people watching and dreaming up new pieces for her line.
