On Valentine's Day in 2005, Doucette Duvall was born, with a perfect dress and one insanely chic coat. Designer and founder, Stephanie Doucette sought to fill a fashion void in her own wardrobe by focusing on pivotal, “forever” pieces that shout ‘fashion icon,’ never ‘fashion victim.’ Her whimsically timeless designs embody the wit and elegance of her preternaturally cool mother, grandmothers and aunties, with the perfect fashion-forward touch of rock ‘n’ roll edge. Doucette Duvall celebrates the spirited individual who unapologetically wears her clothing, season after season, with the calm confidence of the grande dame and the verve of the diva.

You might say that Doucette Duvall looks back to look forward. In the same way, Doucette Duvall is committed to environmental and social responsibility. In days of yore, before everything in the world was made in China, skilled craftspeople plied their trade in the garment district of New York City. Doucette Duvall celebrates this heritage by manufacturing her entire collection in New York City's historic garment district. In addition, she uses pre-existing fabric and trim and shuns extraneous garment bags and hang tags. Oh how we love pretty clothes that make us feel as good as we look.
