The clean and simple Scandinavian expression combined with the diverse and colourful London is the inspiration behind ISLÆT. This combined with chic and funny details and a true love for the entire design process – from choice of colours, storytelling, quality and finish, to the final product. Every detail - inside and out – matters.

The Danish designer Trine Jespersen is the founder and creative director of ISLÆT. Before launching ISLÆT in 2008, Trine Jespersen worked for the Danish well-reputed brands DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, Julie Fagerholt/ Heartmade, and freelance for Baum und Pferdgarten. Just returned from 2 years in London, the city is still where she finds inspiration for her own uncensored designs – expressing her perception of fashion.
