RETURNS & EXCHANGES with Imilla Road

We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, Imilla Road does accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a merchandise credit or refund. This policy will be honored for up to 14 days after the order is shipped.

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at WeStillLoveYou@imillaroad.com. Returned merchandise should include all of the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. If the merchandise is returned within 7 days of the ship date, Imilla Road will pay for the return shipping!!

Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt where possible. If the original receipt is unavailable we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

1. Your name and billing address
2. If the order was a gift, the name and address of the person who placed the order
3. The original purchase price and approximate date of purchase
4. The item number of the merchandise if available

Please allow 5-7 days for the processing of your return.
